DAY1 Visit in Ulaanbaatar

Arrival at the airport, meeting with our driver and guide. Transfer to your hotel, settling in, and rest. We will take you in the restaurant of your choice. Let's immerse ourselves in the heart of the Mongolian history, in the wonderful National History Museum.  Walk in the centre of Ulaanbaatar. Discovery of Gengis Khan Square and the House of Parliament.  At 18 o' clock, Mongolian traditional show at Tumen Ekh: folkloric dances, contortion, and of course khoomi, the overtone singing. Welcome dinner in Mongolian style restaurant. Overnight in the hotel. B/L/D

DAY2 Visit the Genghis Khan Statue

After having breakfast, we will drive to “Genghis Khan Statue Complex” ( 50km about 2 hours) which is currently the biggest (40m high) equestrian statue in the world. There is a recreation area, restaurants, and souvenir shops occupy the base structure. From here, we use an elevator or walk to the head of the horse through chest and back neck of the horse, where we can have farseeing and good panorama view over the complex area. Optional: Fly in the Auto gyro discovering in beautiful areas by airplane window. Afternoon we will drive to the “13th Century “complex (46kms). This is the only camp in Mongolia where you can visit the old time micro kingdom of Genghis Khaan and his empire. We will visit six different camps. Overnight in ger camp. B/L/D

DAY3 Ulaanbaatar-Khogno Khan Park

Up early morning we will drive to the splendid rocky formations of Khogno Khan. Discovery of the park: semi desert, steppes, taiga, stunning rocky formations, 80km long sand dunes, are characteristic of this arid area nicknamed "Mini-Gobi". Visiting a local nomad family conversing about their unique lifestyle of the local area. They’re very hospitable friendly hosts which they will offer a traditional delicacy made of camel’s milk. DAY4 Khogno Khan-Kharkhorin

Today we will drive to Kharkhorin for 2 hours 80km. Journey to Kharkhorin, the former capital of Mongolia. The legendary city of Genghis Khan was founded in 1220 and was one of the stages of the silk road. Visit of Erdene Zuu Monastery, built in 1586 by a nomad prince. The Chinese and Tibetaninspired buildings are surrounded with 108 sacred stupas. Visit of the Museum of Kharkhorin. Overnight in ger camp by Orkhon river. B/L/D

DAY5 Kharkhorin-Chuluut 

Drive to Tsetserleg town, its capital of the Arkhangai province (117km for 3 hours) We will drive to Taikhar Rock (30 km from Tsetserleg). Taikhar Rock is a large granite over 18m high rock formation. Geologically, the rock was separated by Tamir river systems in millions years from north side of the mountain. Afternoon, we wil be arriving at Chuluut River Canyon scenic spot. It begins in a narrow basalt canyon, steep but not high, that is embedded in a mountainous steppe landscape. It is a wonderful experience to travel between these steep walls, which occasionally open onto a view of wooded hillsides and rich grasslands. Overnight in ger camp by Canyon. B/L/D

DAY6 Travel to Khorgo-Terkh Park

For your journey in Mongolia, it is possible joining a fixed departure tour with a group, which has the advantage of providing a friendly atmosphere and to let you benefit from the best price. Our groups are composed of an average of 3 to 8 participants.

Toady we will drive to The Khorgo-Terkh Natinal Park. Great White Lake in the Khangai Mountain range in central Mongolia with relatively pure fresh water. The lake is 16 km wide, about 4-10m deep with its deepest point at 28m and over 20kms in a length. It is flooded 61sq.km and the lake has pike and other fishes.  Afternoon we possibly arrange trek to the Khorgo volcano. Once we get there we will climb to a volcanic crater, the Khorgo at 2100m. From the summit there opens a splendid view over the landscape and the lake and rest of the day free.  Overnight in ger camp by lake. B/D/L

DAY7 Khorgo Volcano-Jargalant

After breakfast we will drive to Jargalant soum, visit of Jargal Jiguur hot springs, sulphar springs that emerge from the ground (300m) at 70 degrees Celsius. The tourist camp was built on a hot spring and it has hot spring open bath and pool. We will visit a local horsemen family where you have an opportunity to experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Dinner is real authentic Mongolian barbecue, prepared in the traditional style with hot stones. Overnight in teh ger with local family. B/L/D

DAY8 Jargalant-Khuvsgul lake

Today, we will drive to  long distance Khuvsgul Lake (280km about 4-5 hours), the deepest and purest lake in Mongolia. About midway along border between Mongolia and Russian Siberia, in a gigantic stone bowl nearly 110km long and almost 40km wide, lies 3% of the all the fresh water on earth Lake Khusgul.The lake region is home to an enormous variety of plants and animals. You will have 2 days for relaxing and enjoying in the end of tour. Overnight in ger camp. B/L/D

DAY9 Journey to Khuvsgul lake

Today we take a boat tour to see local reindeer in the deep taiga forest. Reindeer are herded for their antlers, a lucrative medicinal material as well as for their milk and meat. You have a chance to ride reindeer and take your memorable pictures. Afternoon we will be hiking and climbing up to the top of the back mountain of the lake is unforgettable. You will hike or horse riding over a beautiful and fully covered forest of Siberian larch. Overnight in ger camp by lake. B/D/L

DAY10 Flight back to Ulaanbaatar

Drive back to Murun the capital of Khuvsgul province for your return flight to Ulaanbaatar. Rest of the day free. We will take you in the restaurant of your choice. If you would like to do some shopping for souvenirs and cashmeres in Ulaanbaatar with our guide, you can go. Optional: Ulaanbaatar by night /pub or night club/  B/L/D

DAY11 Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. We go with you to the international airport of Ulaanbaatar. The transfer can be organized at the time you want, according to the schedule of your flight.
